What to Expect
Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Initially, there is a short consultation to help the practitioner to know what areas need focused on.
Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing and will remain full clothed during the Reflexology session with only the feet and lower legs being exposed.
We begin with some warming movements of the feet to loosen joints and muscles and awaken your energetic pathways, this is followed by point-specific techniques and various holds that aim to balance the elements within the body.
It is through the use of tuning forks and energetic touch that the Elemental Reflexologist™ helps the client to remain in a relaxed state as they work with blockages or tenderness. There is also optional diet and exercise suggestions that clients can do at home to help contribute to their healing. See discounts below.
